reimbursement for volunteer expense
Thank you for your service as a volunteer in the PHC Community Companionship Program. You are welcome to seek reimbursement for the costs that you incur as a part of your companionship activities. Even if you do not seek reimbursement, you are expected to keep within the following spending guidelines:
• When planning to meet up in companionship, plan only to take part in things that are free or low cost. Providing for costly activities or meals is not in line with the companionship model.
• If you spend money when in companionship, you may seek reimbursement for those costs. Please keep the costs to under $10 per meet-up if you are meeting twice a month or less.
• In order to receive reimbursement for your costs you must keep the receipt(s). Take a picture or scan a copy of the receipt and save. You will then attach a copy of the receipt to a completed Reimbursement Request form. Simply click on the button below to submit your request.
